Refund Policy

To start a return, you can contact us at service@myhairchoice.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final. If you received the wrong product, missing any products or have concerns please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. We will be happy to resolve the issue. Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install hair. 

Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.

In the event that the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost. Also, a 3% Cancellation fee will be applied to all PayPal orders.

Please note that colored hair such as ombre, dyed or bleach hair cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no exchanges or refunds on custom wigs, lace wigs.

Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages. We are not responsible for additional custom international fees as they are out of our control once it gets to your country. 

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Texture Disclaimer – Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos and videos will give you an idea of how the hair textures will look. However, all wavy and curly products are processed for texture. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.

Color Disclaimer – Since our products are not processed or colored, our virgin hair comes only in the natural shades of natural black-brown colors. We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color being that hair is taken from multiple donors. We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring our hair.

Lace Closures & Frontals
We do not recommend bleaching the knots. Bleaching the knots incorrectly will cause lace balding/shedding. We are not responsible for lace damage due to bleaching.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
